Before investing in a franchise make certain you think about years 6-10. Not years 1-5!

Will I make money with this franchise after I get back my ROI? Will I have to reinvest more dollars into my franchise after 5 years because my current franchise model has become somewhat obsolete at year 6? Will my franchise still be needed in my community as much it was when I opened 5 years ago?
