As vendor attending and speaking at the Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Miami conference, I could see it was one of the best run, and organized events I have attended. The franchisees in attendance, who were all highly engaged entrepreneurs, got and shared great business information and came away with programs, ideas, advice and action plans that will impact their franchises immediately with profits.

It has been a blessing and an honor to be able to address such and enthusiastic group of entrepreneurs and progressive business owners. As and speaker I was able to learn just as much from them during the round table panel and they were so willing to share their experiences to help other franchise owners grow. Scott did an amazing job filling the huge shoes of their leader and counselor and it was humbling to listen to his hard earned experiences and life/business stories. As a mother, business owner and professional  the most valuable  lesson has been the no excuse attitude of a 3 location  owner with a full time job  who brought her two young kids with and organized a local sitter to help. I am absolutely inspired and ready to implement my new mindset!
